Folding & gluing

Our machines:

• (1) Bobst Alpina 110 for straightline, crash-lock, four- and six-corner boxes etc.
  The Bobst Alpina 110 is a very versatile folder-gluer with a maximum feeder width of 110 cm and an Accufeed blank aligner for perfect folding precision, laying the groundwork for excellent folding quality. This machine is equipped with a high speed prebreaker and a stainless steel glue wheel for high speed running. The possibilities are virtually endless due to the separately adjustable belts and the various rotary hooks. High quality production. For customer loyalty programs or sales promotions, the Alpina 110 can also be equipped with highspeed friction feeders to apply flat cards up to a maximum dimension of 350×300 mm and thickness less than 15 mm.
  
• (1) Bobst Alpina 130 for straightline, crash-lock, four- and six-corner boxes etc.
  Very suitable for folding carton and corrugated board with a maximum feeder width of 130 cm. Equipped with an Accufeed alignment module guaranteeing highest folding quality, a prebreaker module and a stainless steel glue wheel. Thanks to the multiple rotary hooks this machine can handle challenging jobs involving complex folds with ease. The Gyrobox can rotate the blanks up to 180ᵒ in the running direction, allowing single pass production of very complex boxes that would otherwise have to pass through the machine twice. The Alpina 130 is also equipped with an Enpro tape & tear applicator for the application of tear tape and silicone paper in e-commerce packaging. The pick & place module in this machine enables us to apply cards, flowpacks and paper handles.
  
• (1) Bobst Expertfold 80 for straightline and crash-lock boxes
  A high-speed folder-gluer for folding carton or corrugated board N/F/E flute with a maximum feeder width of 80 cm. Equipped with a high speed prebreaker and a stainless steel glue wheel for high speed running. Automatic ejection of faulty boxes. The Expertfold can optionally be used with a Bobst Handypack or a Heidelberg Dianapacker for extra production speed, leading to a very competitive pricing for higher volumes.
  
• (1) Diana 90-2 for straightline and crash-lock boxes
  The Diana 90-2 is a folder-gluer with a maximum feeder width of 91,5 cm. This machine is equipped with a high speed prebreaker, a stainless steel glue wheel for high speed running and a pneumatic kicker. In conjunction with quality assurance equipment, the kicker will eject any product that does not conform to pre-determined criteria. This machine is very suitable for extremely small straightline boxes, for instance for eyeliner pencils, with a minimum width of 11 mm.
  
•  (1) Jagenberg Diana 115-3N for straightline, crash-lock, four- and six-corner boxes etc.
  A folder-gluer for folding carton with a maximum feeder width of 115 cm. The Diana 115-3N is equipped with a prebreaker, a stainless steel glue wheel and several adjustable folding devices which allow great diversification and adaptability, increasing efficiency and lowering costs.
  
• (1) Snel-o-mat for straightline, crash-lock boxes and specialties
  A very versatile machine for folding and gluing, window patching and pick & place applications, purpose built for the production of non standard packagings. This unique machine with a prebreaker and a maximum feeder width of 890 mm enables a single pass processing of very complex products. The Gyrobox unit increases the possibilities even more, esspecially in combination with the final folding section. Boxes with 2-corner windows, bottle carriers or sleeves with flowpacks can be processed in a single pass with increased efficiency and very high quality as a result.  
  
•  (1) Jagenberg Diana 165-3 for straightline and crash-lock boxes
  Folder gluer for corrugated cardboard and solid board with a maximum feeder width of 175 cm. Equipped with a prebreaker and a pneumatic squaring station at the press section for a perfect alignment of glued boxes.
  
• (1) Vega Cosmos 165 for straightline, crash-lock, four- and six-corner boxes etc.
  Folder gluer for corrugated cardboard with a maximum feeder width of 170 cm. Equipped with a prebreaker and a pneumatic squaring station at the press section for a perfect alignment of glued boxes. Thanks to the tape and tear strip applicator this machine can produce e-commerce packagings in a single pass, including six-corner boxes.
  
• (2) Signode Corr 850/1250 squaring bundling machines
  Automatic squaring bundlers for boxes of corrugated cardboard or solid board with a minimum width of 95 mm and up to 1250 mm. Thanks to the alignment pushers and single or multiple strapping the bundles are easily stackable, helping to consolidate packagings for palletizing or transportation.
  
• (1) Label applicator
  With the label applicator in our folder gluers we can apply labels with a maximum width of 100 mm. Ideal for sealing labels for instance.
  
• HHS adhesive application and quality control
  Each folder gluer is equipped with the latest HHS gluing and quality control systems, so we can guarantee a reliable process, even at the highest required machine speeds. Next to our inline gluing systems we have stand alone units, for quick and effective extra gluing of blanks. The precise electronic control has many advantages, such as perfect dot application at all speeds and highest process reliability. This helps to minimise production costs. The detection sensors are an elementary part of our quality assurance. Esspecially when gang-run printing has been used to lower the printing costs.  
  
• (1) Demca heat shrink wrapping machine T450
  Wrapping machine integrated with shrink tunnel, involves the application of temperature sensitive PE-film. Maximum package (bundle) height is 200 mm and the maximum width is 500 mm.
