Snel Industrie voor Papier en Kartonveredeling BV (hereinafter to be referred to as Snel),
established at Nijverheidsstraat 22, 6681 LN, Bemmel is responsible for processing personal
information as stated in this privacy statement.


Personal data we process
Snel processes your personal data because you are using our services and/or because you provided
this data to us yourself. Below, you can find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First name and last name
  • (Mobile) telephone number
  • Email address
  • IP address
  • Internet browser and device type
  • Other personal information you actively provide in correspondence or via telephone.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors younger than 16 years old unless
they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we are unable to check whether a visitor
is older than 16. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data of a visitor younger than
16 without this consent, then please contact us via info@snelbv.nl and we will delete this data.


Why we need personal information
Snel processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To call or email you if required for providing our services.

Snel does not use cookies to map website visits. We do not use automated decision-making based
on obtained personal information.

How long we store personal data
Snel will not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realise the goals for

Snel does not sell your personal information to third parties and will only provide this information
to third parties if this is required for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a
statutory obligation. We enter into a processor’s agreement with companies that process your
information by our order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your
information. Snel remains responsible for these processing actions.

Snel only uses functional cookies. Using cookies is safe. No personal information, such as telephone
numbers or email addresses can be derived from cookies. Cookies are required for the technical
operation of the website and your ease of use. Cookies ensure that the website works properly and

can send a request to this end to info@snelbv.nl.In order to avoid abuse, we may ask you for
adequate identification. If it concerns access to personal information linked to a cookie, then you
must send along a copy of the cookie in question. You can find these cookies in your browser’s
settings. Snel will react to your request as soon as possible, but within a period of four weeks.

Snel is serious about protecting your personal information and takes fitting measures to counter
abuse, unauthorised access, unwanted publication and unwarranted changes.** If you feel that
your personal information is not protected properly or if there is any indication of abuse, then
