The first-time BRC audit for Snel was sixteen years ago. Also this year an audit has taken place and the result, once again, was very positive. We decided this time, not to inform the staff about the audit planning.

Every year, we improve our quality and hygiene management system, for instance by implementing 5S projects. In 2021 we challenged ourselves to set new goals. The actual BRC audit was meant to come as a surprise to our staff.

Also this time we reached the highest AA level, which strengthens our commitment to food safety, quality and reliability.
